The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, especially for those with early morning flights, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.

The swimming pool is excellent. The hotel is new, and as yet unfinished, the rooms are modern, clean and very spacious
The location is perfect for a stop over, airport transit is ten minutes but is not good for a city break. The food was the worst I have ever been presented with, we had to send the food back, it was so bad!!! I suggest they employ a chef, clearly they do not have one at the present. The cuisine attempts to be international, which seems strange as local dishes are so good.

Very helpful staff with excellent English communication skills. Spacious room and bathroom. Well designed and very clean. Transfers to and from airport went without any problem. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and business associates.

The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic! The staff were. Lovely and helpful, the food was beautiful and great value for money. The hotel was incredibly clean and a pleasure to stay in. We couldn't believe how great value for money it was, plus we also had breakfast included and a shuttle to the airport!! I will definitely stay again and will highly recommend the hotel to others. Thanks you for a great stay and end to our holiday!

We had a great stay at this hotel with a fantastic pool and panoramic views of the city. Cleanliness was top-notch and the staff were friendly. Transport was easy with free airport transfers and parking was available.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel's location is very near to the Airport, the building is really new & nice and the staff also was really polite, free transportation to the airport.
Quite far from shopping centre and some of the staff can't speak english.

Great rooms with excellent service. Close to the airport and city center with a Sky train nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good room service and breakfast. Clean and quiet rooms. Mini mart and supermarket nearby.
Felt truly looked after, no complaints.

Very spacious room, very clean, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is what I would call luxury.
Unhelpful business lounge staff - we needed to make an important call but noone was willing or able to help us in the business lounge. Very isolated. Costs a fortune (considering the conversion) getting the tourist sites or to go out anywhere. The traffic meant it took 40 minutes in a cab to get to the palace for example. To put it in perspective, in total over the course of 3 days we spent 5 hours in a cab. I needed to get a load of washing done while I was there - it cost £60 which is absolutely exorbitant and unacceptable when you consider how much it costs the hotel to pay the staff to do it! Pool area was too windy to be able to enjoy the surroundings and the water was not heated.
